Shipping policy

We carefully prepare each order in small batches and aim to process orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary depending on location and shipping carrier. Please note that carrier delays may occur and are outside of our control. However, we aim for you to receive your products in 5-8 business days from shipping.

We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or incorrectly addressed after they have been shipped. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

During warmer months, body care products may soften during transit. This does not affect product quality. Allow your product to return to room temperature before use.

Shipping is a $6 flat rate fee, and free for orders over $50, although this is subject to change.
