Due to the personal nature of our products, and for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@thepermissionco.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll be happy to make it right. Refunds will typically process and show up on your credit card statement within 3-5 business days.
